Where we ship.
The opening edition is planned for street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We are not yet accepting orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, military addresses, or international destinations. If your address falls outside the opening area, ask the studio before ordering.
What shipping costs.
Tracked Budget shipping is planned to be included in the $168 opening price. Any applicable sales tax will be shown before payment. We do not add a hidden handling fee.
How the prints travel.
The set contains three unframed 12 × 18-inch prints on 200gsm enhanced matte art paper. The physical product is approved. Packaging and whether the three prints ship together still need confirmation. Frames, mats, and hanging hardware are not included.
We’ll publish the dispatch and delivery estimate before orders open. For now, the opening list does not take payment.
Changes and cancellations.
Contact us as soon as possible if an address or order detail is wrong. We can cancel an order for a full refund until it enters production. Because production may begin quickly, a change or cancellation is not guaranteed after payment; we will tell you whether the order can still be stopped.
If an order is delayed.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised when you ordered, we will contact you with a revised date and give you a clear choice: accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. We will not silently hold your payment against an indefinite delay.
Damage, defects, or the wrong work.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging. If the order arrived damaged, materially defective, or different from what you ordered, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Change-of-mind returns.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The complete set must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original protective packaging. You are responsible for return shipping unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us before mailing anything so we can provide the current return instructions and address.
We issue an approved refund to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider controls when that credit appears. Original expedited-shipping charges, if any, are not refundable on a change-of-mind return.
Screen and paper.
Every screen renders color and brightness differently. Paper also reflects room light rather than emitting it. Small differences between a screen preview and the physical print are expected; damage, material print defects, and an incorrect item remain covered by the process above.
