About these terms.
These terms govern your use of watisart.com and, once checkout opens, purchases from WATISART Studio. WATISART Studio is the public-facing art brand of Designed Calm LLC, a California limited liability company. Joining the opening list is free and does not create an order. Paid-order terms apply to orders placed after the checkout launch date shown on the site.
The opening work.
Three Rooms of Light is sold as a coordinated set of three unframed 12 × 18-inch prints: Room I / Warmth, Room II / Stillness, and Room III / Opening. Frames, mats, and hanging hardware shown in digital room scenes are styling references and are not included. The product page and checkout control if they contain a more specific description at the time of purchase.
Price, payment, and tax.
The planned opening price is $168 USD with tracked Budget shipping included for the stated opening territory. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown before you authorize payment. Stripe processes payment information; WATISART does not receive your complete card number.
When an order is accepted.
Reaching the site’s confirmation page alone does not prove payment or order acceptance. Stripe’s successful payment record and payment receipt confirm that payment was received; our production message confirms that the order passed review and is being prepared. We may contact you before production if an address is incomplete, the order appears fraudulent, the destination is outside the stated shipping area, or the product is unexpectedly unavailable. If we cannot accept and fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid rather than substitute a materially different product.
Production, shipping, and returns.
The prints are made to order by a specialist fulfillment partner. Current shipping territory, packaging, cancellations, delays, damage remedies, returns, and refunds are described in the Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your messages and list subscription.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to use the email address provided. A contact message does not subscribe you to marketing. If you explicitly join the studio list, you can unsubscribe at any time. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy notice.
The work and its use.
Buying a physical print gives you the print; it does not transfer a license to reproduce, distribute, mint, train on, or commercially exploit the image. You may display the purchased print and exercise any rights that applicable law gives an owner of that physical copy.
Site accuracy and availability.
We try to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. We may correct an obvious error before an order enters production and will give you the option to accept the correction or cancel for a full refund. We may change or pause the site, but changes do not reduce rights attached to an order already accepted.
Responsibility.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, WATISART is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed. Our responsibility for a defective, damaged, incorrect, delayed, or undelivered order remains subject to applicable consumer law and the remedies stated in our policies.
Law and changes.
These terms are governed by California law, without taking away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Material changes will appear here with a new effective date. The version presented when you place an order governs that order.
